Her expertise includes search engine optimization, and creation our one-of-a-kind methodology and customized social toolkits.

  • Maria D’Albert
    Maria D’Albert COO, Lead Architect of Business Development & Marketing Strategy

    Maria brings over 15 years of experience bringing digital products to market and driving business transformation: leveraging platforms & data to address business and social needs, reaching new channels and markets globally.

    Working for MasterCard, TravelClick, American Express and with startups, she has conceptualized, planned go-to-market and managed global digital and business intelligence products. As VP, Product Architect at MasterCard Advisors Information Services, she pioneered the launch of a global business intelligence product focused on small business.

    Recent client work includes: defining virtual payments B2B partnership strategy for American Express and developing social media strategies for causes, and companies such as PwC and SAP. Maria has also worked with YesSheCan Inc, StartupBootcamp – Fintech, Iva Kaufman Associates, and NYPAY to define and promote digital product strategies. She began her career in advocacy and communications for the UN and in the humanitarian response sector.
Maria also is an adjunct Professor at Mercy College, Graduate Business School, teaching Introduction to Managerial Analytics.

  • Dana Conroy
    Dana Conroy Managing Director, Lead Architect & Chief Storyteller

    Dana is a social and digital media communications professional with 25 years experience as a journalist and producer in network television news and entertainment. She was a coordinating and field producer for NBC News on broadcasts including NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, and Dateline, based in New York City.  

    Dana was coordinating producer for NBC’s Ground Zero coverage in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, broadcast producer for the follow-up live anniversary and family memorial coverage. She also was on-site producer, covering the subsequent debates involving Iraq and Afghanistan at the United Nations. Previously, she was a producer at ABC News in Chicago for World News Tonight, Good Morning America, and Nightline. She covered multiple U.S. presidential conventions and campaigns, medical and financial stories, and breaking news at both networks. Dana also worked as a producer for The Oprah Winfrey Show in Chicago, IL, reaching a global audience of 25 million daily viewers. Most recently, Dana has worked for Human Rights Watch (HRW), focusing on advocacy and development projects with the organization’s New York City (NYC) Executive Committee, including driving social strategy.

    Dana has also served on the boards of the New York Children’s Museum; the Chicago Children’s Museum; and Chicago’s Juvenile Protective Association, the original Jane Addam’s Hull House. She has been involved in fundraising efforts for Walkabout Foundation, trekking 80 miles in five days on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.

    Kathleen Kiley Managing Director, Senior Architect, Reports & Analysis

    Kathleen, a veteran journalist, began her career on Wall Street, reporting on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs) for Investment Dealers’ Digest.

    She has also written for The New York Times and The Telegraph, on subjects ranging from technology and education to capital market issues. She was part of KPMG’s startup team that launched an industry news site, the Insiders, positioning the global firm to incorporate digital communications into its strategic plan. Prior to becoming a business journalist, Kathleen was a business analyst for data analytics firm Dun & Bradstreet.

    Lisa was Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Partnership Marketing at Citi Cards; Director of Member Acquisition, Retention, and Program Development at Barnes & Noble; and Director of Subscription Marketing at Disney Online.

    Lisa leverages her social passion as Chief Policy Officer of  TheChisel.com, an online social media company designed to change the political discourse in our country with bipartisan solutions to pressing national and global problems. She leads the company’s partnership development activities with think tanks, public policy organizations, and academic institutions to develop joint public policy proposals and make them accessible, easy-to-understand, and engaging for the general public.
    Lisa is currently a board member and Vice President of Marketing & Membership of the Harvard Business School Women’s Association of New York. She was Vice President of the Harvard Business School Club of New York for eight years and is currently on the Leadership Committee for HBS Community Partners, leading teams of HBS alumni in pro bono consulting projects for local nonprofits. Lisa is also on the board of the Stanford Alumni Association of New York and was recently elected to Stanford Associates to honor her exceptional and sustained volunteer service to the university. She has been an active volunteer and lay leader with UJA-Federation for over twenty years and currently serves as a member of UJA’s Caring Commission and board member of UJA’s Women’s Executive Circle.

    Molly established Women With Drive Foundation to build a collaborative solution to systemic generational poverty. The foundation focuses on providing not only  transportation, but also the necessary component of process and structure for the participants they serve.

    Molly has been profiled by The Shriver Report; the Women’s Media Center in Washington, DC; Women’s World Magazine ; the Chicago Tribune, WGN Radio and and most recently on ABC7Chicago. She has also been profiled by The Christian Science Monitor and listed among the CNN10: Visionary Women, and featured as one of 32 global influencers in Social Media and Inspirational Leadership by the Huffington Post in February 2013. After winning one of three UberVENTURE awards for business and ranking among the top 2.5% of pitches submitted during TechweekCHI 2015, Molly moved to Chicago to learn how to scale Women With Drive Foundation nationally.
