    Jackie leads the high-profile SocialSurround™ Branded Campaign’s daily activities. She was key to the creation of our one-of-a-kind methodology and customized social toolkits. Jackie has designed and orchestrated compelling Twitter event campaigns, successfully achieving more than 18 billion impressions for clients. In addition, she has masterfully crafted authentic social profiles, driving increased engagement for over 500 c-suite executives and developed large social ecosystems in which she cross-pollinates posts with agility and expertise. Search engine optimization is second nature to Jackie as is harnessing hashtags to real-time trends. Moreover, Jackie, is diligent about impact measurement, adeptly tracking each client’s social index, campaigns, and recommending new strategies when appropriate. Jackie has been recognized by the UN World Food Program for her online work as an animal rescue and hunger advocate and was nominated by her peers for the prestigious “Shorty Awards,” placing 3rd in the Green category.     Founding Partner and Chief Communications and Strategic Officer, MJ also is the Group Managing Director. MJ has extensive experience as a senior corporate communications consultant, a trusted advisor, an award-winning strategist, and a sought-after corporate communications and media relations specialist. She has served as an Executive Vice President at several of the top public relations, crisis and financial communications consultancies in the world, including Weber Shandwick, Hill + Knowlton Strategies and Robinson, Lehrer & Montgomery, now RLM Finsbury, Ltd. Working with one of the industry’s most respected crisis strategists, Linda Robinson, she designed and led many game-changing corporate efforts for well-known global companies, and has brought governments, organizations and heads of corporations to the table for collaboration on multiple occasions. She also led the team that won the PR Week healthcare campaign of the year award for a forward-thinking initiative around healthcare reform. MJ previously served as Press Secretary and Communications Director for Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, where she mastered the art of media relations. MJ holds a Master of Arts in Public Communications from American University.

    Kelly Ann Thorgramson Founding Partner and EVP Specialty Services and Executive Team Management Director

    Kelly has more than 12 years of experience in global events and communications, working in London, New York, and Paris, respectively. Events ranged from presidential campaigns, corporate trade shows, non-profit fundraisers, conferences/ roadshows, award ceremonies, and tournaments. At TheSocialArchitects, Kelly has generated over 18 billion impressions and managed over 400 client events. Passionate about International Relations, she has produced events for United Nations General Assembly Week for the past six years and manages our ongoing UN client base. Her expertise includes social media, digital marketing, event marketing, and data analytics. Even more important, Kelly is our in-house Volunteer Fire Department and has successfully resolved many agency-wide social media client challenges/fires with a steady hand.

Kelly has led transformative initiatives with major policy implications and has implemented key projects for C-level Fortune 500 executives, political campaigns, major universities, investors, and federal, state, local, and international government officials. She excels at translating strategic visions into actionable plans and activities and engaging key stakeholders.     Kathleen Kiley EVP Client Services, and Group Managing Director Specialties

    EVP Client Services, and Group Managing Director Specialties – Editorial, Reports and Analysis. Kathleen creates strategy for and manages TheSocialArchitects’ global technology clients. She is key to the development of our unique cross-pollination model – a social driven “people engine” ecosystem – with TheSocialArchitects Founder, Donnetta Campbell.

    A veteran journalist, Kathleen began her career on Wall Street, reporting on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs) for Investment Dealers’ Digest. She has also written for NPR, The New York Times and The Telegraph on subjects ranging from technology and education to capital market issues. Kathleen was part of KPMG’s startup team that launched an industry news site, the Insiders, positioning the global firm to incorporate digital communications into its strategic plan. The readership for this high-profile project consisted of C-level executives, academics, and government professionals, totaling over 100,000 subscribers. Her business journalist experience combined with her former business analytics experience at Dun & Bradstreet provides our clients with an unmatched, in-depth level of trusted content creation and key analytical insights for TheSocialArchitects measurement and reporting processes.

    Shannon Doubleday EVP of Content and LinkedIn Strategy

    Shannon is a content and social media specialist with a 14+ year international career and a proven ability to create and deliver smart, personalized content across multiple platforms. Shannon is the former Global Head of Integrated Content Distribution for Bloomberg Media Group, where she led off-platform content creation, thought leadership, and distribution of breakthrough commercial media programs combined with digital distribution and paid media plans, in close collaboration with brand teams and agencies across the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions.

    Shannon’s experience advising and educating internal teams on transition from traditional marketing methods to modern digital buying circles and customer relationship management gives her a depth of experience in social media and content strategies. Her previous work includes successfully establishing strategic content marketing plans at Euromoney PLC and CBS Interactive. She’s insatiably curious and combines her extensive social media industry knowledge with her strong editorial skills to achieve measurable outcomes. Shannon takes a deep dive daily into the optimal strategies for LinkedIn and Clubhouse social platforms for TheSocialArchitects clients.

    Halley translates her passion for entertainment and the arts to create a personalized service offering for our entertainment clients. She develops social media storytelling strategies and scripts to orchestrate social moments that build TSA’s top global brands into social media powerhouses. She has worked as a content creator, social media curator, entertainment analyzer, producer, and performer/public speaker alongside such acclaimed writers as Emmy-nominated Bekah Brunstetter (This Is Us), JC Lee (Luce), and Yale Drama winner, Liliana Padilla (How to Defend Yourself), and worked with prestigious entertainment companies including Taco Nite Productions, Theatre Breaking Through Barriers NYC, Ojai Playwrights Conference, and Echo Theatre Company LA.

    Albert Smith VP Community Builds

    Albert is the creator behind the Unofficial SXSW Guide, one of the most loved and well-known social guides for SXSW. Through expert business savvy and his ingenuity with social media, he generated a dedicated organic social following for the Guide of 120K and a marketing list of 70K subscribers. In addition, he built an affiliate company that conceptualized and executed multi-million-dollar experiential digital activations for major corporations, reaching an excess of 25MM impressions. Throughout his 15-year career in music and tech, he has consulted for numerous startups, advising and developing GTM strategies with a strong focus on social presence. Albert’s recent experience includes work with Linkfire, a SaaS company, that leads a global smart link platform for music marketing, where he negotiated strategic international music partnerships and communications with major music streaming services including Anghami, Boomplay, and Claro Musica.

  • Emily Handler
    Emily Handler Sr Project Architect and Sr Group Account Coordinator

    Emily covers all things Content, Research, and Client Services.  She knows the ins and outs of client builds and manages the many layers of social builds with ease. With her attention to detail, Emily makes sure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed and adds insight and direction to the client groups with whom she works. Emily has a keen sense of content development and what works for clients from the daily posting to larger strategic platform execution. Emily has studied at two international universities and those experiences have shaped her ability to adapt to changing situations and undertake thoughtful, creative leadership roles with peers.

  • Matthew Miller
    Matthew Miller Sr Project Architect and Sr Group Account Coordinator

    Matt is a graduate from SUNY Oswego with a B.A. in public relations, focus on digital marketing, and a love of writing. Before joining TheSocialArchitects, Matt served as social media lead for his college, where he was able to gain valuable experience creating social media content and content calendars. In previous jobs, he has worked closely with customers and understands the importance of a strong connection between an organization and its clients. Along with a proficiency in content building applications, Matt has experience using AP Style, copyediting, and performing social media analytics. He has earned over 6 certificates including “Advanced Content and Social Tactics to Optimize SEO” by University of California, Davis on Coursera​. Last year Matt conducted a content analysis of four fast food company’s Twitter accounts to examine how these companies use social media. This experience has given him the opportunity to understand how companies engage with customers online and practice organizing large quantities of data.

    In his role at TSA, he is bringing the highest level of care to client partners by bridging agency specialty teams to add a deep level of expertise to client projects where needed.

  • Jon Miller
    Jon Miller Account Coordinator/Jr Project Architect

     Jon is a recent graduate with a background in Journalism and Public Relations.. With a passion for research and writing, Jon has worked with the Rochester, NY city government and local charities to help as they improve their brands. During his internship, Jon has assisted TheSocialArchitects to create authentic social messaging, substantive reporting documents for clients, and probe research assignments. We expect great things from Jon as he takes on this new role.
