    Jackie leads the high-profile SocialSurround™ Branded Campaign’s daily activities. She was key to the creation of our one-of-a-kind methodology and customized social toolkits. Jackie has designed and orchestrated compelling Twitter event campaigns, successfully achieving more than 18 billion impressions for clients. In addition, she has masterfully crafted authentic social profiles, driving increased engagement for over 500 c-suite executives and developed large social ecosystems in which she cross-pollinates posts with agility and expertise. Search engine optimization is second nature to Jackie as is harnessing hashtags to real-time trends. Moreover, Jackie, is diligent about impact measurement, adeptly tracking each client’s social index, campaigns, and recommending new strategies when appropriate. Jackie has been recognized by the UN World Food Program for her online work as an animal rescue and hunger advocate and was nominated by her peers for the prestigious “Shorty Awards,” placing 3rd in the Green category.     Kelly has more than 12 years of experience in global events and communications, working in London, New York, and Paris, respectively. Events ranged from presidential campaigns, corporate trade shows, non-profit fundraisers, conferences/ roadshows, award ceremonies, and tournaments. At TheSocialArchitects, Kelly has generated over 18 billion impressions and managed over 400 client events. Passionate about International Relations, she has produced events for United Nations General Assembly Week for the past six years and manages our ongoing UN client base. Her expertise includes social media, digital marketing, event marketing, and data analytics. Even more important, Kelly is our in-house Volunteer Fire Department and has successfully resolved many agency-wide social media client challenges/fires with a steady hand.

    Drawing on her passion for mentoring (she has a world-renown reputation for inspiring others), her keen interest in the generative impact of social media, and her extensive experience as a Board member with solid governance experience in the US, UK and Germany, Anastassia has created a one of a kind “Board Advisory” offering for TheSocialArchitects’ clients.

    Anastassia is a Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the XU Exponential University for Applied Sciences Potsdam and an author. She is leading author of  The Artificial Intelligence Imperative: A Practical Roadmap for Business (Praeger 2018), co-author of “The Law of

    Dr. Chitra Anand, PhD SVP, Group Managing Director and Chief Growth, Communications and Digital Marketing Officer. Special Advisor to Corporate Thought-Leadership Clients.

    Chitra will be applying her extensive background in communications, digital marketing and strategic thinking for some of North America’s top Fortune 500 companies to amplify and accelerate TSA’s growth strategy and innovation efforts.

    Chitra’s executive experience includes roles as Chief Brand and Communications Officer for Microsoft Canada, Director of Marketing at TELUS Corporation, and Director of Operations at Open Text. During her time at Microsoft, Chitra developed the leadership team branding for the external market, including digital presences, thought leadership, and creating compelling brand personas.  She has helped some of North Americas’ top CEO’s become industry thought leaders by developing their voices and amplifying their innovative ideas. Projects she guided at Microsoft and TELUS have been awarded IABC Gold Quill Awards, Canadian Public Relations Society Awards of Excellence, the Corporate IT Hero award by the Information Technology Association of Canada and the Business for the Arts Awards.

She teaches at Humber and Sheridan College and is a sought-after keynote speaker on the topic of how to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship within organizations and how to stay on the cutting edge of market trends, technology, and consumer behaviour.

    Chitra also has been named as a “bridge builder” for women in tech by the A-list; a yearly publication that features 50 prominent Indo-Canadians who through various career and community efforts have helped foster relations between Canada and India.

    Kathleen Kiley EVP Client Services, and Group Managing Director Specialties

    EVP Client Services, and Group Managing Director Specialties – Editorial, Reports and Analysis. Kathleen creates strategy for and manages TheSocialArchitects’ global technology clients. She is key to the development of our unique cross-pollination model – a social driven “people engine” ecosystem – with TheSocialArchitects Founder, Donnetta Campbell.

    A veteran journalist, Kathleen began her career on Wall Street, reporting on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings (IPOs) for Investment Dealers’ Digest. She has also written for NPR, The New York Times and The Telegraph on subjects ranging from technology and education to capital market issues. Kathleen was part of KPMG’s startup team that launched an industry news site, the Insiders, positioning the global firm to incorporate digital communications into its strategic plan. The readership for this high-profile project consisted of C-level executives, academics, and government professionals, totaling over 100,000 subscribers. Her business journalist experience combined with her former business analytics experience at Dun & Bradstreet provides our clients with an unmatched, in-depth level of trusted content creation and key analytical insights for TheSocialArchitects measurement and reporting processes.

  • Sue Sutton
    Sue Sutton EVP, Reputation, Culture Builds & Strategy

    Sue has 11 years of experience with Fortune 500 technology company SAP and 16 years in marketing communications roles with innovative start-ups. She is a
    driving force in executive brand and reputation management and is a brilliant communications and creative content strategist. In 2020, she joined a small contingent of executives at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland to promote SAP’s work around the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In addition to coordinating three high profile speaking engagements and panels, she held the first-ever event for women of color to promote diversity and inclusion and drive change through awareness.

    Sue has orchestrated communications plans around SAP’s Board-defined Women in Leadership goal and Economic Dividends for Gender Equality (EDGE) certification, and coordinated a global paternity leave awareness campaign to encourage dads-to-be to take leave which has a direct correlation on gender equality. These efforts have positioned SAP and its leaders as experts on how to drive gender equality in the world, as well as an award-winning best place to work.     Shannon is a content and social media specialist with a 14+ year international career and a proven ability to create and deliver smart, personalized content across multiple platforms. Shannon is the former Global Head of Integrated Content Distribution for Bloomberg Media Group, where she led off-platform content creation, thought leadership, and distribution of breakthrough commercial media programs combined with digital distribution and paid media plans, in close collaboration with brand teams and agencies across the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions.

    Albert is the creator behind the Unofficial SXSW Guide, one of the most loved and well-known social guides for SXSW. Through expert business savvy and his ingenuity with social media, he generated a dedicated organic social following for the Guide of 120K and a marketing list of 70K subscribers. In addition, he built an affiliate company that conceptualized and executed multi-million-dollar experiential digital activations for major corporations, reaching an excess of 25MM impressions. Throughout his 15-year career in music and tech, he has consulted for numerous startups, advising and developing GTM strategies with a strong focus on social presence. Albert’s recent experience includes work with Linkfire, a SaaS company, that leads a global smart link platform for music marketing, where he negotiated strategic international music partnerships and communications with major music streaming services including Anghami, Boomplay, and Claro Musica.

She has a keen sense of content development and has an attentive and resourceful approach when it comes to research and client services. Utilizing her knowledge of social media data analytics, she not only assures that we meet our goals, but that we surpass them. Emily has studied at two international universities and those experiences have shaped her ability to adapt to changing situations and undertake thoughtful leadership roles with peers.

    Matthew Miller Account Executive
    Matt is a graduate from SUNY Oswego with a B.A. in public relations, focus on digital marketing, and a love of writing. Before joining TheSocialArchitects, Matt served as social media lead for his college, where he was able to gain valuable experience creating social media content, social media reports and content calendars.

    In his role as Account Executive of SAP clients at TheSocialArchitects, he is bringing the highest level of care to client partners by bridging agency specialty teams to add a deep level of expertise to client projects where needed. His responsibilities include weekly content creation around key SAP initiatives, amplification across LinkedIn and Twitter, virtual event coverage and quarterly/event report builds.

    Jon Miller Account Executive

    Jon is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. During his time in school Jon worked with the Rochester, NY city government and local charities to develop various forms of PR collateral. At TheSocialArchitects, Jon has worked closely with clients from Google, SAP and Intrado to write content, create and execute social media campaign strategies, and develop periodical reporting. In his free time he enjoys playing tabletop board games with his friends and competing in video game tournaments.

    Aidan Henderson Account Coordinator

    A recent graduate of the Stan Richards Advertising program at the University of Texas at Austin, Aidan has already worked on large brands such as The Dallas Cowboys, the United States Air Force, and WarnerMedia properties such as Turner Sports, Adult Swim, and their Content Partnerships team. Her talents range across media planning, platform execution, project management, and beyond. With experience in two virtual internships and finishing out her college career via virtual class, Aidan is highly adaptable and knows how to make things work, even when it seems impossible. She began her work in the social influencer space with her globally recognized social marketing professor, Amanda Russell, and has leveraged her abilities to become a resource as we connect with communities and help personal brands flourish. She will be attending law school in the Fall focusing on media and advertising law, and is excited to take on new projects and clients at TheSocialArchitects as she grows professionally.

She is an excellent communicator who always maintains continued communication with team members and senior management to make sure project deadlines are met and she thrives under pressure. Her
    exceptional organizational skills make her a dynamic and intuitive professional in the marketing and public relations field.

    For over seven years, Ravneet has written and published over twenty articles for various publications. She has experience writing for genres such as politics, news, fashion, lifestyle and culture. Her creative
    take on brands has helped her to successfully rebrand and execute marketing strategies for companies such as A T Clair, Wingd Multimedia, Rooks to Cooks, Reicura PR and HerCampus UOttawa. Her continued use of social media has helped her clients to utilise new technology to keep brands relevant
    and modern. Her innovative perspectives have helped her clients engage with their customers in new ways to establish long-lasting relationships.

    Her experience working with OGGN Inc helped her communicate and establish working relationships with investors and stakeholders. She has trained team members to help them learn about the company and assisted in various initiatives such as calling clients and pitching ideas. She also initiated brand strategies to market technologies to investors and stakeholders. Ravneet also worked closely with clients for government contracts to tailor their experiences and help the company win federal contract bids.

    While working at TEKsystems Canada, Ravneet performed various administrative duties to assist her team. She helped edit and finalize RFP proposals, monitored important correspondence for stakeholders and communicated with clients to assess needs. She also maintained proposal submission schedules and due dates to ensure no deadlines were missed. Her diligent attention to detail has helped facilitate the success of the proposal team and elevated their hard work to new heights.
